To deliver a luxury experience, 3DOJ provided an end-to-end production ecosystem, seamlessly combining cutting-edge visuals with digital sales tools across two primary divisions:

  1. Visual Content: We crafted ultra-realistic 3D Perspectives showcasing every premium amenity, including the Swimming Pool, Garden, Drop-Off area, and stunning Bird's Eye Views. This was accompanied by a cinematic 3D Flythrough animation that took prospective buyers on an immersive journey through the property.
  2.  Interactive Application: All high-fidelity visuals were integrated into a custom-built, centralized sales application. It featured VR 360 for an immersive walkthrough of common areas and show units, alongside an interactive Isometric 360 view of the master plan. Crucially, the app operated completely offline, allowing the sales team to present smoothly on tablets without relying on internet connectivity.
