SURF HOUSE – Perspective
Last updated: 17 Mar 2026

This project exemplifies render storytelling through light, shadow, and atmosphere — going beyond a simple model presentation.
The composition adopts a subtly elevated eye-level perspective, naturally revealing the continuity of balconies and architectural elements, while an open foreground with landscaping adds depth and dimension to the scene.
A warm-neutral color palette was deliberately chosen to convey understated luxury, allowing viewers to instantly connect with the project's lifestyle. Interior lighting has been carefully designed to bring the building to life — maintaining balance and elegance without feeling rigid or overly commercial.
